These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and 8fafafa ("8fafafa", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your use of the 8fafafa online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 8fafafa Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. 8fafafa makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you must not access or use the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 8fafafa Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. 8fafafa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with such accounts.
To access real-money gaming on the 8fafafa Platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.

Additional methods may be introduced from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
Deposits are processed in real time subject to the payment provider's system availability. 8fafafa does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page.
Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours, subject to security checks and bank processing times. 8fafafa reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that deviate from a member's normal transaction pattern. An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 8fafafa reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
8fafafa offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant promotional offer. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
All games offered on the 8fafafa Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
8fafafa uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable game types. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers, and all game outcomes are recorded and subject to independent audit.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, 8fafafa reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' accounts. 8fafafa's decision in such matters is final.

All content on the 8fafafa Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface designs, software code, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 8fafafa or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the 8fafafa Platform without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8fafafa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if 8fafafa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8fafafa's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
The 8fafafa Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8fafafa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
8fafafa collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 8fafafa Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8fafafa implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit.
8fafafa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to members via the email address registered to their 8fafafa account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect fourteen (14) calendar days after notification unless a shorter period is required by applicable regulatory obligations. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 8fafafa's operating entity holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution of the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8fafafa from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
